You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all use of the Services and the manner in which the Service is used by you or anyone who uses the Services with or without your permission, the person responsible is you. Any use of your Service by you, your guests or other third parties that violates the terms of this Agreement, shall be considered a breach by you and you agree to it that Energy and Solutions is liable to stop providing you the services and stop the current promotions with you, as allegation arising out of or relating to any third party use of your service, the same rules applies to with that too: “Stopping of the Services”.
